ATHENA Assists SOLVENTUM in the adoption of Model 231
ATHENA Associati, with a team led by Matteo Meloni and Fabio Conte, supported the Italian subsidiary of the SOLVENTUM group (3M Healthcare Italy S.r.l.) in the process of adopting its first Organization, Management, and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001.
The SOLVENTUM group, headquartered in the U.S. and listed on the NYSE, was formed from the recent spin-off of the healthcare division of the multinational corporation 3M. It operates in the fields of products for medication, oral hygiene, health information technology, and biopharmaceutical filtration.
