Luca Lupone and Riccardo Andriolo to speak at webinar on “Early warning, negotiated settlement and Article 2409 c.c.”
On Tuesday, March 5, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., our senior partners Luca Lupone and Riccardo Andriolo will be among the speakers at the webinar titled “Early warnings, negotiated settlement and Article 2409 c.c.” ASLA organizes the event - Italian Association of Associated Law Firms and the Milan Bar Association.
The discussion will focus on “Early warnings” as introduced by the Corporate Crisis and Insolvency Code, the role of negotiated settlement in crises and the potential application of Article 2409 of the Italian Civil Code.
Luca Lupone will present on “Twilight Zone and Negotiated Settlement: Relationships with Banks,” whileRiccardo Andriolo will explore the topic “Banks and Risks (or Opportunities) in Negotiated Settlement.”
