In Studio Livatino & Associati since 2012 and in Athena since 2022, he mainly deals with projects in the areas of Risk & Controls, Accounting & Business Plans, with a particular focus on management, strategic and organisational advisory, consultancy on internal control systems and risk management, compliance pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, budgeting and consultancy on tax and financial statements. He also has specialised expertise in international taxation issues (e.g. Transfer Pricing) and corporate crisis prevention and management.
